    Submit your blog to Google Webmasters – Step 13

    Your new blog should be submitted into Google webmasters. Because after submitting your blog into Google webmasters, Google crawls your site fast and index store your pages. So that your blog will soon come in search engine result pages.

    How to submit your website or blog into Google?

    1. Before submit your blog to Google, you have to set the privacy settings in your wordpress admin dashboard. Login to your wordpress admin dashboard.

    2. Click ‘Privacy settings’ under ‘Settings’ tab in left navigation menu bar.

    3. In privacy settings page, select the appropriate option and click ‘Save Changes’.

    4. Now go to www.google.com/webmasters

    5. To create an account, click ‘Create a new Google Account’ and fill the details. For help see the screen shot below.

    6. You will receive an email with confirmation link. Click the link and confirm. You will be shown successful confirmation message.

    7. Now go to www.google.com/webmasters and login using the email and password you given when create a new Google Account.

    8. Click ‘Add a site’ and fill your blog URL.

    9. Then you will be asked to verify the blog ownership.

    10. Select the ‘Meta tag’ option. Copy the meta tag.

    11. Now go to wordpress admin dashboard.

    12. Click ‘Editor’ under ‘Appearance’ tab in left navigation bar.

    13. Click ‘Header.php’

    14. Paste the meta tag next to head tag.

    15. Now come back to Google webmasters and click ‘verify’.

    That’s all. You have submitted successfully. Google will take up to 3 weeks to crawl all your pages. So be patience to see statistics.
